Greetings from the New Orleans Chapter of the Society for Conservation Biology. Our organization is focused on spreading knowledge about conservation issues in the local area and participating in projects that help restore Louisiana ’s natural habitats. NOSCB membership is open to anyone with a strong interest in conservation. This includes students, faculty, and members of the local community. The NOSCB will be having meetings the 2nd Monday of each month at 5:00pm at the University of New Orleans in Biology 100.
